For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances. We recommend starting with a discovery kit so that you know and love your fragrance before ordering a full-size bottle.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item was damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and make it right.
